2005年，龍王颱風掃過台灣東海岸，造成不小的損失，在台北的我，卻未曾感受到颱風的威力，跑到北海岸閒逛 .......

三芝海岸，特色咖啡屋林立，我選了其中一間，點杯咖啡，開始享受難得的颱風假 ......

咖啡是香的，可惜，有人抽菸。

在這樣的氣氛下，好像不忍苛責抽菸的人。
但是風景如此美好，為什麼有人要抽菸呢？

許我們一個無菸的環境吧 ..........
