這個病人插了三跟管子：
鼻胃管，代表無法進食
中央靜脈導管，代表曾急救過，從鬼門關走一回
輸尿管，代表尿失禁
手上有握著毛巾，代表手部肌肉萎縮，可能是中風，或嚴重失能

這樣的病人，如果家屬要親自照顧，大概就不用工作了
所以大部分是請外勞

即使是外勞，也有累得要白天打瞌睡的時候 ..........

這樣的病人，算是幸運的了
家屬有花錢花精神照顧
沒錢沒精神照顧的老年人
不知還有多少呢 ...........

你我老了以後，是不是也是這樣 ..............
