減肥就贏!!!某人的減肥菜單~~

星期一獅子王又到台北去了~~

因為獅子王在減重中
所以本來辦完藥師訓練課程後打算快閃
以免又被董氏基金會某主任拖去吃吃喝喝~~

結果某主任說要帶我去吃[ 減肥餐 ]
[ 偶跟你保證初這個決對不會胖~~ ]

盛情難卻
只好跟去看個究竟~~

地點非常的不錯
裝潢也很講究
店老闆是位女生~~~~好強ㄚ
真的是女強人
而且相當年輕~~
看到恰北北(董氏基金會某主任)來非常歡迎~~~(恰北北好像很常來)

不過
看了恰北北(的減肥菜單
獅子王真的覺醒了~~~

[ 恰北北的減肥菜單 ]如下~~

海陸涮涮鍋一份
含雞肉 + 花枝 + 蝦子 + 菜盤

再多加一盤雞肉
加一份海鮮肉泥丸
加一份山藥沾梅子醬
加一份蕃茄
甜點 :紫糯米紅豆湯2大碗
甜點 :白蓮子紅豆湯1大碗(也就是一人吃了3份甜點)
水果西瓜一盤
....................

嗯嗯
雖然說這家涮涮鍋真的是清淡
食材也非常新鮮美味
但是
請問聰明的各位~~
這樣吃可以減重嗎??

不過
根據泡泡龍醫師的說法
現在不吃更待何時呢??

另外
獅子王要說的是
[ 吃飽了才有力氣減肥ㄚ]..........

是ㄚ是ㄚ~~吃飯實在不好
其實我也覺得吃牛排比較有氣質~~
不過
吃牛排當然會造成一點點地球的暖化哦~~~

這家口味很不錯
收費也合理
當天獅子王叫的是羊肉鍋...大約300$
看恰北北一直加菜~~獅子王真是嚇呆了~~

(恰北北對不起ㄛ~~我知道妳是要叫給我吃的...不過~....妳都先給我一點點....然後就全部倒進自己的那一鍋~~)
