最近去吃的一家王品系列的火鍋
號稱北海道昆布鍋~~~聚火鍋
[ 歡迎來''聚'']是招呼客人的詞

位在高雄五福路上~~
大立對面
剛剛好可以看到剛開幕的精品館
外型真是非常有型~~可惜晚開2年~~~現在開這種店人潮真的比較少~

原來的大立百貨~~左邊轉角是精品館

聚火鍋外觀

菜單上
因為獅子王正在減肥
所以只點了2份330元的精緻套餐~~
一家3個人吃剛好

菜色已經很多樣化了~~

一再強調昆布湯頭
女兒也最喜歡喝~

想吃好一點
也可以點更貴的~~
其實這才是一開始聚火鍋的價位
330元是因應實際的情況推出的特惠價

雪花牛肉套餐
牛肉口感不錯~~

菜盤~~一人份
一定要有蔬菜~~才不會便秘

日式沾醬與特調花生醬

現打洛神茶飲(招待)
原汁原味~~健胃整腸

獅子王最近比較虛~~
叫的是養生鍋

蟹腳丸x2~~
很有特色
吃到最後是整支剝好的蟹腳

鮮嫩雞肉主餐
雞肉是獅子王的最愛啦~~
雞肉也是新鮮香嫰ㄛ

在鍋中唰2下就可以吃啦~~

附的芍粉~~類似板條
只是更Q更嫩


聚火鍋造型手工豆腐

招牌梅子醋~~幫助消化
獅子王可以喝5.6杯喔
喝到waiter都快要翻臉了~~~

雖然是平常日
人還是不少
大概有8成滿~~

以前幾乎是天天客滿~~景氣真的有差

餐後還有芒果冰砂
太鮮美可口了~~

最後
還可以打包把湯帶走
可以回家煮麵熬粥喔~~
雖然只叫330元的套餐~但是還是很撐

看來
獅子王要重新擬定減肥計劃了~~

不過330跟同等價為台糖什麼甘蔗鍋比起來,有比較划算

話說 王品集團 兩星期前在台北也有開了一間
跟麻辣鍋有關的店,名字忘記了

他為了試民眾的口味,每天開放100名,挑戰成功的話就可以免費

但是日後離三高也不遠囉…

話說這個大立精品百貨
大立精品館除了外牆突出之外，中央更有一開放大廳，
由一樓至十樓的手扶梯，以逐層旋轉的方式向上攀升，
中空層將透過照明系統直接成為建築體發光的部分，
使大立精品館在夜間格外迷人。
這是由荷蘭知名的設計公司「UN Studio」承接，
是台灣第一件UN Studio的設計作品。
有空可以去看看…觀賞一下建築結構，比夢時代還美喔
