個人介紹：從沒遇過這麼輕鬆的戒菸法，不靠意志力、不用花大錢使用替代療法、不用減量，甚至不用苦撐三個禮拜，戒斷症狀極其輕微，稍微難過大概三天，不過一週後就沒有任何感覺了，訝異的是發自內心不想吸菸，而且再也沒有吸菸的念頭。吸菸至今從未有這種體驗，而我所做的努力卻只是把一本書看完。

戒菸會有情緒上的波動，應該是因為他不想戒菸，但是卻有其他因素像是健康、經濟或是伴侶的影響，迫使他非得戒菸，想想你有沒有曾經強迫自己不吃東西減肥，戒菸的感覺就有點像那樣，強迫自己戒除某一種習慣，甚至是愛好，那脾氣當然不會好到哪裡去。

只要讓他發自內心不想吸菸，情況就不一樣了，不吸菸不但不會心情變差，反而會非常高興。
